REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLES OF FACTUALLY FALSE, HATEFUL,
AND ANTI-SEMITIC EMAIL
RECEIVED BY THE WEBMASTER OF DANWINTER.COM FROM MR. WINTER'S FOLLOWERS
While not intending to do so,
these statements testify to what Mr. Winter has been telling his
followers and encouraging them to believe and act on. The public Corrective Notice that Mr. Winter and
his attorney composed -- and the Findings of
Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order of the US Federal District
Court -- attest to the fact that the many
charges and characterizations included in these messages are completely
false.
For example:
Neither the Tenens nor Meru Foundation, nor their attorneys, are
wealthy. In fact, none has been paid since Mr. Winter fled the
US. The US Bankruptcy Court refused Mr. Winter bankruptcy, and
found that he was evasive, willful, and malicious, and that there was
no reason to believe he couldn't pay the $150,000 in court costs
(including interest) that he owes for having lost the lawsuit, and the
other $100,000 in personal, utility, department store, and credit card
debt that he also walked out on.
No one owns the golden mean. The problem is that it has nothing
to do with any alphabet nor with Mr. Tenen's original work. (There are
no earlier references. Mr. Tenen's designs are completely unique and
unprecedented.) The sworn court record shows that Mr. Winter
repeatedly bragged: "My (Mr. Winter's) audiences are too stupid to know
that this [Mr. Tenen's sculpture(s)] has nothing to do with the golden
mean." This office has seen the videotape of the sworn deposition
by Mr. Winter where he admits that there is no connection to the golden
mean or golden spiral. (This videotape was made with two officers
of the Court present.)
The fact is that the sworn court record shows that ALL of the charges
and characterizations included in the email messages below were admitted to be false by Mr. Winter and his
attorney. Mr. Winter is now
again using these false charges and characterizations to mislead and
emotionally capture the gullible audiences he preys on.
These email messages and additional evidence of misrepresentation,
hate-mongering, and other violations of the US Federal District Court's
Orders have been included as exhibits to Declaration(s) filed with the
Court. (The exact content, format, punctuation, and spelling of
these messages, as received, has been retained.)

In May 2003 I attended a course presented in Perth, Western Australia,
by Mr Dan Winter. During the course he presented the information
relating to golden mean and golden spiral. At the outset of the
course he made a brief mention of the information that was on the web
relating to the court action against him in the USA. He indicated
that there was no substance to the outstanding charges as the work was
his and not that of Mr Tenen or the Meru Foundation. He also
stated that the only reason that the case had progressed to this point
was that the plaintiffs were extreamly wealthy and Jewish and that they
had contracted an extreamly expensive lawyer and that he was unable to
afford to mount the case to adequately defend the charges.
In reading the course material, that we were required to purchase in
addition to the course cost, there is no referencing to either Mr Tenen
or to the Meru Foundation.
My reason for sending this to you is that he has mad some outragouse
claims in relation to the origins of human beings, having developed a
cure for AIDS, and that he is preparing to father the new Avantar or
Messiah/being of higher consciousness. He is also convincing my
fiance to to be the mother of this child.

Regardless of who discovered the 'golden mean' as it relates to
geometrical patterns in language or Life, is pointless. Your actions
are despicable, and demonstrate that all you care for is profit and
money, not consciousness. If anyone ever asks me about the Meru
Foundation, you can bet I will be informing them of the reality of your
actions which are the complete opposite of the Spirit. You don't
